1. These terms

What do these terms cover? These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Products (online course) to you.

Why you should read them.

• Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase on our site. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, refunds, and other important information.
• By purchasing the online course you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. We may amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to purchase any products on our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

2. Information about us and how to contact us

Who we are. We are Word Steps SLT Limited, a company registered in Scotland. Our company registration number is SC691358 and our registered office is at 59 Polton Vale Loanhead EH20 9DF.

3. Our contract with you

How we will accept your order? Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the course is closed.

4. Online Course

• You can pay for the course in 1 payment
• You can pay for the course in 6 monthly installments.
• All installment payments are handled by Stripe and are bound by these terms and conditions. 
• Payment will be charged to the payment account linked to the card (if you are subscribing via the web) 

The amount you paid for the course is non-refundable after 30 days.

5. Refunds

Types of refunds:

• If you have simply changed your mind about the product, you will get a refund within 30 
• When you don\'t have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind and receive a refund in respect of: 
  • The course after 30 days
  • Not meeting the refund criteria below

Refund criteria:

My method has been successfully tried by hundreds of people, but it requires commitment and application. Therefore, in order to qualify for a refund within the 30-day period, students will need to meet all 3 of the below criteria:

1. Attend at least two out of the four masterclasses. (Each course purchase comes with four free masterclasses).
2. Ask at least two out of the four questions.
3. Engage in the course material, as I am here to support them in applying the method.

Simply purchasing the course isn’t enough; active participation is KEY to achieving results.

I also have the ability to track how much of the course has been completed. Refunds will be based on these criteria to ensure that students are giving the method a fair chance.

How we will refund you? We will refund you the price you paid for the products 

When your refund will be made? We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. 

6. How to contact us for a Refund

Email. Email us at infowordstepsslt@gmail.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, and, where available, your phone number and email address.

Nobody else has any rights under this contract (except someone you pass your guarantee on to). This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later . If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you, but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.

Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings? These terms are governed by Scottish law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Scottish courts.
